These terms apply whenever you request a quote, engage CyberStark for cyber security services, or otherwise use this website. By submitting a quote request or signing an engagement letter with us, you agree to these terms.

Quotes are estimates, not contracts. Any price shown by our Get a Quote calculator is an indicative estimate based on the information you provide. Nothing is committed, and no services begin, until a separate signed engagement letter is in place between you and CyberStark.

Reseller relationship. CyberStark is a reseller and referral partner for Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus certification — we help you get certified via an accredited certification body, we do not certify you ourselves.

Payment. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable by bank transfer within the terms stated on the invoice.

Liability. CyberStark provides its services with reasonable skill and care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

CyberStark (“we”, “us”) is committed to protecting your personal data in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect. When you request a quote or contact us, we collect your name, company name, email address, phone number, and details of the services you're interested in (e.g. number of employees/devices). We collect only what's needed to prepare your quote and follow up with you.

Why we collect it. To verify your identity (via a one-time email code), prepare and send your quote, respond to your enquiry, and — where you've agreed — get in touch about our services.

Legal basis. We rely on your consent (given at the point of submitting a quote request) and on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you've made to us directly.

Who we share it with. Your details are stored in our internal customer management system. We do not sell your data. Where a certification body or vendor partner needs your details to deliver a service you've engaged us for, we share only what's necessary for that purpose.

How long we keep it. Quote enquiries that don't proceed to a signed engagement are retained for a reasonable period to allow follow-up, then deleted. Customer records are retained for the duration of the relationship plus any period required by law (e.g. tax and accounting records).

Your rights. Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to our processing of your personal data, and to request a copy of it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@cyberstark.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

This site uses essential cookies needed for it to function correctly — for example, a session cookie used to keep your quote calculator session working as you move between steps. These are set automatically and don't require consent.

We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, general location, device type), and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and understand actions visitors take after seeing or clicking our ads. Both are non-essential and only run if you accept them via the cookie banner — you can decline them, or change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's cookies for this site to see the banner again.

You can control or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect how parts of this site work, such as the quote calculator.
